From design and layout to the selections and the build. We were treated like family throughout the project, and our home was treated with the most respect by all the team members. All the trades we worked with did a thorough and professional job and were kept informed of the progress. We love how our completed home turned out at the end of the project, and we were so happy with the work and attention to detail. My husband Tom and I could not be happier with the home we built through Paparone. We knew we wanted a custom or semi-custom home as our taste is a little more modern, and it was either buy the existing and renovate or build. However, the building process can be intimidating with all the options out there. We are also probably a nightmare buyer - very picky and had definite ideas on what we wanted. Michael Paparone and his group were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They helped us through every idea we had. Whether it was removing a closet, making a mudroom, adding or removing cabinets, or removing walls, they helped us through every step and advised us with their years of experience on what would work and what wouldn’t. People often ask if we had a designer to help - we did not. Our neighbor had an independent inspection of her house after her build by Paparone, and we decided to do the same - both passed with flying colors, and we felt confident that not only did we have a beautiful home, but it was solidly built as well. Twelve years later, I can attest to this - we have not had a single issue, and any minor concern has been addressed immediately. I hope to pass this home to my children one day.
